Its geometry is especially suited for red wine production, as it enhances cap soaking and breakup—intensifying maceration and flavor extraction. This design also makes it the optimal choice for délestage.
Our popular Concrete Conical tanks come in five sizes and styles, with the flexibility to be custom-modified to suit your winery’s unique needs. Choose between open-top or closed models, both equipped with our innovative “Pivotal” manways for easy access.
